SSSF possesses the capability of one-stop delivery for casting and finishing, encompassing the production capacity from electroslag casting, heat treatment, physical and chemical inspection, finishing, NDT standards, to finished product delivery.

The electroslag casting guide vanes and other castings produced by SSSF can meet the requirements of any NDT standards in the world, such as CCH 70-4 and ASTM A609 Grade 1. The electroslag casting guide vanes produced by SSSF have been used in more than 80 power stations worldwide and are qualified suppliers to world-renowned hydropower companies such as VOITH, ANDRITZ, GE, TOSHIBA, DEC, HEC, and ZFJH.
