Except for the Three Gorges and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations, our company did not participate in the casting and processing of the active guide vanes for the water turbines of the other eight hydropower stations in China. For example, in Xiluodu, we have participated in the casting and processing of the guide vanes for 6 units of the VOITH Wudongde project, 4 units of the Baihetan project of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., Longtan, Jinping first and second stages, Xiaowan, and Laxiwa that have been delivered.
Since its establishment, our company has produced more than 6600 guide vanes with a total tonnage of over 15000 tons. We have participated in more than 60 domestic power stations, with the largest single piece being the guide vane of Gezhouba Power Station, with a gross weight of 12.5 tons.
This is a very gratifying processing performance. The following picture shows the soon to be delivered guide vanes, which are 2-3 times taller than adults.
